The new solution approved ~10% of the cases via the automated 'Straight Through Process (STP)' in the first month and reduced manual effort by 40-50% for non-STP cases.

The team set up a PMO to manage the implementation of said framework across 30 accounts. During phase 1, Cross-sell increased and number of accounts with more than 3 service lines tripled and accounts with strategic levels of engagement doubled. 70% growth was registered from Strategic and Key accounts .
