Mita Seimenjo Causeway Bay, the brand’s first Hong Kong branch, is set to reopen to the public on December 20, 2021. A Japanese restaurant specializing in tsukemen, this branch has been operating for seven years, since its launch in February 2015.
In addition to its signature thick pork and seafood tsukemen with ultra-thick noodles, the restaurant’s product lineup will be further enriched to include beer, Japanese sake, and special side dishes.
Mita Seimenjo opened its first store in Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo, in 2008. As of November 2021, it now has 40 stores throughout Japan serving its specialty of tsukemen.
The restaurant offers not only the classic and much-loved thick pork and seafood tsukemen, but also a number of seasonal tsukemen dishes. Served along with its noodle offerings are a full range of delicious side dishes such as the famous “Torikara,” which won the gold medal in the soy sauce category at the 11th Karaage Grand Prix in Japan.
The brand is currently working on more ways to make delicious tsukemen more accessible to the public in Japan and beyond.
