Charles is our Managing Partner and Greater China Regional Manager, overseeing our business in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He brings deep, on-the-ground China expertise complemented by extensive experience across Europe, ASEAN, Japan and the Middle East. He has deep expertise on consumer-facing sectors including Consumer Goods, Luxury and Retail and extensive experiences in Industrial, Infrastructure and Healthcare. He is also specialized in high-impact business transformation, including branding, digitalization and globalization. He previously held senior roles at a leading global consulting firm.
