    Project Summary

    The team carried out extensive interviews with internal and external stakeholders to carry out a current state assessment of the existing business process and to outline the to-be state model by streamlining process flow and eliminating wastes. They also program managed the development, testing and release roadmap of the automated LOS/LMS and managed the rollout and migration to the new platform through webinar and trainings. The new solution approved ~10% of the cases via the automated 'Straight Through Process (STP)' in the first month and reduced manual effort by 40-50% for non-STP cases.

    Project Summary

The team selected and implemented RetailATLAS - a powerful solution that receives signals from multiple Wi-Fi access points to track the movement of visitors carrying Wi-fi-enabled smartphones in real-time. They also partnered with scribbledata.io - an ETL and feature engineering platform, to build the data pipelines and scaling engine for RetailATLAS.

    Project Summary

    The client was facing significant account churn and challenges in increasing revenues from key accounts​. The team diagnosed the root cause and developed a business case to quantify the effective farming impact. The various accounts were prioritized and bucketed basis Growth Potential and Relative Strength. Further, a structural framework was designed to nurture the various category of accounts. The team set up a PMO to manage the implementation of said framework across 30 accounts. During phase 1, Cross-sell increased and number of accounts with more than 3 service lines tripled​ and accounts with strategic levels of engagement doubled​. 70% growth was registered from Strategic and Key accounts .
