If you have applied for a role with YCP, we will keep your personal data associated with your application for a period of up to five years. We may also retain personal data for longer than the duration of the business relationship should we need to retain it to protect ourselves against legal claims, use it for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies and schedules including for purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.
Your Rights

You have the right to request that we correct incorrect, inaccurate or out-of-date information about you.
