Monta Ito

Monta is a Partner based in Japan, with extensive experience in developing value-adding strategies for private equity firms, particularly for the manufacturing portfolio. He is also part of the leadership team in-charge of building the firm’s Digital division. Monta is also experienced in overseas business development, mostly in Southeast Asia and was previously leading the firm’s practice in Bangkok. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, Monta worked at Accenture Strategy where his key involvement was in new business planning, cost reduction in the telecommunications sector and global supply chain reforms for the manufacturing sector.
