Kei Hasegawa

Kei Hasegawa is our Partner who also serves the Office Manager of Hong Kong Office. He has been involved in various financial advisory engagements such as commercial DD, PMI (Post-Merger Integration) and also worked on development of global business strategies and governance structure. During his tenure with us, he was appointed CEO as one of YCP Group's portfolio company and led the value up and exit process of the business in Japan. Prior to joining to YCP Solidiance, Kei was an auditor at Deloitte. He is experienced in J-GAAP, US-GAAP and internal control on financial reporting for top financial institutes in Japan. He also worked at startup related to electric utility industry and was in charge of business development, global expansion, M&A, and management of overseas subsidiaries.
