SINGAPORE, April 2023 - YCP Holdings (Global) Limited has executed the contract to acquire 100% of Consus Global (“Consus”), a global procurement & supply chain solutions provider located in 7 cities worldwide, to make it a wholly owned subsidiary of YCP Holdings with the purpose to strengthen the Group’s core Management Services Division and the newly established Supply Chain Solutions Division.
Under its board’s vision of “Strive for Growth. Lead Asia. Impact the World,” YCP Holdings aims to become a world-class provider of strategic service offerings to global businesses. Through its acquisition of Consus, YCP Holdings will be able to expand the client sectors covered by our Management Services Division and strengthen our market offerings in the ever-impactful procurement and supply chain market. Consus brings a global footprint of customers with offices across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. This acquisition will increase the Group’s offices to 21 worldwide (16 in Asia, 1 in the Middle East, 2 in the United States, 1 in Canada, and 1 in Europe), and its team to over 450 professionals. YCP and Consus will continue to support the business growth of clients in various sectors including the procurement & supply chain domain in the complex and diverse Asian market.
