Sonal is a Partner in our Supply Chain Division leading our Digital practice and Strategic Alliances globally. As head of Digital practice she leads all implementation projects globally alongside the responsibility for building and overseeing Consus’s global partner ecosystem across geographies and service lines.She has an extensive Professional services and Consulting experience with large Digital Strategy and transformation, Supply chain, procurement and Sourcing projects across industries and geographies. As a seasoned professional, she has advised clients on business strategy, operations excellence, IT Governance & Program management, Change Management, QA alongside stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining YCP-Consus, she has been an Associate Director with leading consultancy firms like PwC and IBM for 15 years. She has co-authored multiple reports and Industry Thought leadership in association with CII and NASSCOM in India.
