Please be informed that the Board of Directors of YCP Holdings (Global) Limited has approved that YCP Lifemate Inc., a subsidiary of YCP Holdings (Global) Limited, will establish Lifemate Animal Emergency Center, Inc. and that Lifemate Animal Emergency Center, Inc., as a successor company, will success a veterinary hospital business which Animal Medica Co.,Ltd, as a splitting company, will split.
