SINGAPORE, MAY 2022 —YCP Holdings (Global) Limited (Director and Group CEO: Yuki Ishida) establishes three new business divisions to provide specialized professional services in the areas of Sustainability, Digital Transformation (DX), and Interactive Solutions in order to meet the rapidly growing diverse advisory needs of our clients.
In our Management Services business—the Group’s core business—we provide hands-on management services in 17 locations throughout Asia under the name “YCP Solidiance”, focusing on M&A and DX implementation. In the light of rapidly changing client demands, one of our medium- to long-term strategies is to expand our business into various professionals services around our Management Services.
Today, we announce to establish three new divisions to launch businesses that fit this post-pandemic community.
The first is Sustainability Solutions, which aims to provide professional services related to sustainability, a field in which demand is accelerating worldwide. This division will help clients achieve their long-term business goals while promoting green investments, strengthening relationships with sustainability stakeholders, and transforming their businesses with a focus on climate and environmental actions.
The second is the Digital Transformation (DX), which helps companies transform their business models and operations through the use of digital technology and data. In our Management Services business, we have been providing PMO support for DX implementation. In this new division, our professionals with extensive expertise in digital technology will provide robust solutions to achieve transformation of our clients’ operations.
The third is the Interactive Solutions, which provides one-stop marketing services specializing in digital commercial distribution. This division provides a one-stop marketing solutions that range from comprehensive customer journey (CX) strategies, to efficient marketing solutions that expand awareness and attract more customers, and to the access of cross-border e-commerce platforms. We are committed to the effective and efficient expansion of our clients' businesses.
With the launch of these new business divisions, YCP Group will offer a wider range of solutions to help our Clients achieve their long-term business goals.
